Clubhouse Update – Hurricane Irma

Dear MiraBay Residents, First and foremost, we hope that you, your loved ones and property remained safe during Hurricane Irma. The Fitness Center will be open tomorrow (Tuesday, September 12th) during normal hours of operation. The remainder of the Clubhouse and all other amenities will need to be assessed further before re-opening. We will send another update when all other amenities are up and running. Clubhouse Closure – Hurricane Irma

Good afternoon MiraBay Residents, Due to the latest hurricane Irma notice for Hillsborough county, they have issued a voluntary evacuation. http://wfla.com/2017/09/08/tampa-evacuation-mandatory-for-zone-a/ In efforts to keep our staff and residents safe, the Main Clubhouse and Admiral Pointe Clubhouse are now closed and will reopen once the storm has passed. The boat ramp has been left open for those who wish to remove your boats for the preparation of potential flooding and high winds. MiraBay Clubhouse Update – Hurricane Irma

Dear Residents, Two days ago, Governor Scott issued Executive Order 17-235 declaring a state of emergency in all 67 counties within the State of Florida. The State Emergency Operations Center has been activated to level one, which is a full-scale, 24-hours-a-day activation. They have since closed schools for Hillsborough for Thursday and Friday to prepare families in the event Irma heads this way. Extended Management Hours for Vessel Registration/Renewals Information

Dear MiraBay Boaters, For those of you that are not able to come in during our business hours, we will have extended hours on September 7th from 5-7pm for anyone that has questions and would like to drop off registration  applications, checks along with Florida vessel registration, updated insurance or schedule boat lift orientation. Fitness Center Closure for Labor Day

MiraBay Residents, The Fitness Center, Aerobics Room and Locker Rooms will be closed on Monday, September 4th to complete painting. Any regularly scheduled programs that take place in these areas will be cancelled. The Fitness Center, Aerobics Room and Locker Rooms will re-open on Tuesday, September 5th at 5:30am. Please note that the Resort Pool will remain open on Monday, September 4th as well as the Galley Cafe’s bar services. We will have Sandy’s Chili & Grill food truck here from 11AM-4PM! Seawall and Litigation Update Who is suing the District? Jeffrey Lilly, Celeste A. Nicholson, Robert Warner, William Hayman, Linnea Phillips, Scott Cavin, Richard Wolf and Randy Blauser (“Plaintiffs”) filed a lawsuit suit against the Harbor Bay Community Development District (“Lawsuit”) in April of 2017.
