Clubhouse Closure – Hurricane Irma

Good afternoon MiraBay Residents,
Due to the latest hurricane Irma notice for Hillsborough county, they have issued a voluntary evacuation. http://wfla.com/2017/09/08/tampa-evacuation-mandatory-for-zone-a/
In efforts to keep our staff and residents safe, the Main Clubhouse and Admiral Pointe Clubhouse are now closed and will reopen once the storm has passed. The boat ramp has been left open for those who wish to remove your boats for the preparation of potential flooding and high winds. The guardhouse gates will be left open at the entrances to ensure that communications with systems do not fail and thus allow smooth ingress/egress to and from the community.
If there is an emergency, please call 911. If anyone needs to call the CDD for emergencies outside the scope of law enforcement, EMT or Fire Rescue, the main line is 813-933-5571. The operator will take the message and direct the call to the designated person of contact.
Be safe and we look forward attending to your needs and enlivening your MiraBay experience when we return on Tuesday.
