Harbor Bay CDD — meeting follow-up 6/20/19

  • The Board approved District Staff to move forward with a cover letter and complaint to AIG for recovering litigation costs
  • The Board discussed development topics with Park Square
  • The Board approved a not-to-exceed amount of $17.5 million for seawall repairs
  • The Board reviewed the bond financing timeline
  • The Board approved proposals from Premier Technologies for Office 365 service and the install of an outdoor network
  • The Board approved two upland claims and denied one
  • The Board approved a revision to the Repair Request Protocol
  • The District Engineer reviewed their project tracker with the Board
  • The Club Director reviewed the on-site project tracker with the Board
  • The Board approved Wolf Creek sail installation at a not-to-exceed amount of $59,000
  • The Board failed to pass a motion to approve a proposal for an envisioning plan for shrub replacement
  • The Board approved the landscape RFP in substantial form
  • The Board approved the RFP for District Management, Amenity Management, and Grounds Maintenance Management in substantial form
  • The Board approved changing the workshops on the 2nd Thursday of each month from monthly to quarterly
  • The meeting was CONTINUED to Tuesday, July 9th at 6pm
