Final Day for Vessel Registration with the CDD August 30, 2018

Reminder to All Residents, The final day to register your vessel with the CDD is on August 30, 2018. Any vessel not registered will be receiving violation letters once inspection begins. Vessels include all powered boats, jet skis and sail boats. However, sail boats are fee exempt. You may hand deliver your documentation to 107 Manns Harbor Drive, hand to reception in the gym, or mail to the address provided. Dear Mirabay Residents, Please see below for a recap of decisions and directions made at the August 16, 2018 meeting of the Harbor Bay CDD Board of Supervisors meeting. Staff was requested to provide an update on the possibility of a boat show. Deputy Hauman with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office addressed the Board and discussed crime prevention in the community with the Board and audience. Reminder-Resort Pool Closure Sept. 5, 2018

Dear Residents, The Resort Pool at the Main Clubhouse will be closing on September 5th to begin the resurfacing of the pool. Prior year statistics played a major factor in deciding closure dates as they showed that September through January were the lowest in utilization. However, we understand and apologize for the inconvenience for residents and guests, especially over the holidays. The anticipated date for re-opening is January 8, 2019.
