Amended and Restated Rule Regarding District Waterways and Boating Facilities

Seasons Greetings MiraBay Residents, Please view the updated MiraBay Waterway Policies and Procedures. In addition to the policy, waterway and MiraBay vessel registration enforcement will soon be underway. Please be aware of all “No Wake” signs and that your speed has a negative impact on your neighbors’ docks. The reduced speed is a requirement per Florida laws. Law enforcement patrolling efforts will begin in the near future. Boat Lift Access and Jet Ski Strap Information

Dear Residents, Starting December 22, 2017, your boat lift access will be turned off if you have not registered or renewed your vessel with the CDD.  If you have any questions concerning your status please call the clubhouse at 813-649-1500 and ask for Elliot Moseley or Dawn Blackburn. October 19, 2017 Seawall and Litigation Update Who is suing the District? Jeffrey Lilly, Celeste A. Nicholson, Robert Warner, William Hayman, Linnea Phillips, Scott Cavin, Richard Wolf and Randy Blauser (“Plaintiffs”) filed a lawsuit suit against the Harbor Bay Community Development District (“Lawsuit”) in April of 2017.    It is important to note that all of the Plaintiffs reside on property adjacent to a seawall. North Basketball Court Closure
